M/s. Avantel Limited and M/s. Vedang Radio Technology Pvt. Ltd. have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to synergise each other strengths to achieve common objective of leadership in Mobile Coverage System/Solutions. Mobile Coverage systems/solutions shall be designed & developed jointly by M/s. Avantel Limited and M/s. Vedang Radio Technology Pvt. Ltd. The products developed will be manufactured at the facilities of M/s. Avantel Limited and shall be marketed by M/s. Vedang Radio Technology Pvt. Ltd.
